Magic Kingdom Villa is located in Davenport, Florida, 10 minutes from Downtown Disney. Situated just 2 miles South of the 192 on the Western side of Highway 27 off Interstate 4, 30 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
Magic Kingdom Villa is a beautiful 3400 square foot home in the stunning Legacy Park community of executive-style vacation homes. Spread out over two floors the villa comfortably accommodates 12 people with 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms.
The villa is fully furnished to an exceptional standard with entertainment centre, ceiling fans and air con to keep you cool and patio furniture ideal for evening al fresco dining after a tiring day in the theme parks.
Walk out of the family room to the pool area with sparkling swimming pool and lania allowing worry free sunbathing and the ideal spot for enjoying a cool refreshing drink in the Florida sun. Alternatively enjoy that drink in the spa whilst overlooking the open fields behind you, the perfect spot to catch the sunset.
The accommodation is spaciously laid out with a master king size suite comprising bathroom (almost as large as the room itself with mirrored 'his and hers' vanity basins and walk in shower), walk in wardrobes and cable TV.
There are two queen sized bedrooms with en suite, one situated downstairs to allow for disability access, and a further two twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom.
Downstairs there is a formal lounge and dining area, a family lounge (with LCD TV and DVD player) and large fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area.
